According to its customers, Hotel Sao Bento's second name is ‘Your home in Belo Horizonte'. Though the original building is from the 30's, the hotel was actually founded only in1965. Since then, it has been through many reforms that have helped improve its services, space and equipment. With its 64 rooms, the hotel São Bento is a byword in hospitality.

The Hotel São Bento has passed through many reforms. A modern elevator covers all the four floors. Among the oldest buildings in the city, it was the first one to have a complete structure and equipment against fires, serving as an example for other antique buildings. It was also one of the first to have fully-adapted rooms for people with special needs.

The two meeting rooms have capacity for 14 and 25 people. Wireless Internet covers both these rooms and all the common public areas such as the sitting area and TV room.  To browse the Internet, you must purchase an access card.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check in time: free of charge.
- Cancellations made up until 24 hours prior to check in time: 60% of the reservation is charged.
- Cancellations with 24 hours of check in time: 100% is charged.

Late check-out policy:

- An extra hour can be requested with reception free of charge.
- Late check out until 8pm: 50% of the daily rate is charged.
- After 8pm: another daily rate is charged.


Children policy:

- Children under 6 years: Free of charge.
- Children 6 - 12 years: Half rate.
- Children 12 years and older: Full rate.
