Olson Roberto has been working in the hotel industry for 25 years. He has experience in diverse areas, having even been a manager once. Now, at the Augustus Hotel, he works as a receptionist.

Born in Lavras, a Minas Gerais' city, he began working in hotels when he was 17 years old. In Belo Horizonte, he worked in three different hotels before joining the Augustus Hotel group.

Olson Roberto likes Belo Horizonte. He says it is a big city mixed with the calmness of the countryside. According to him, people from Minas Gerais are friendly and hospitable, and it was one of the important factors he considered while moving.
