The Minastchê is a fair of products and services from Rio Grande do Sul including: music, typical dances, costumes, fashion, the “chimarrão” a popular tea, wines, chocolates and several other typical products that comes straight from the south of Brazil.
The stands offers visitors the opportunity to be delighted with south culinary, traditional chocolates of Gramado, candies of Uruguay, artisan cheeses and salamis and the famous ”boi a rolete”, which is a cow baked in the ground during 15 hours. Beyond the spotless culinary, the fair has shows and concerts of typical southern dances and musicians.
