Contemplating restaurants all around the country, the Brasil Sabor Festival consists in a great action of promotion and appreciation of the Brazilian gastronomy. The event is part of the efforts of Abrasel, Sebrae and Tourism Ministry. The event is a set of strategic actions that persued to promote and value the Brazilian gastronomy as a competitive differential for the tourism sector.

The Brasil Sabor Festival has the objective to show the “food of each place” of Brazil. Inside this concept, the local gastronomic traditions will be emphasized, as a form to mark positively the traveller experiences.

During the period of the Festival, the participant establishments will offer the public a specific plate that better represents the local cuisine taking in consideration the specialty of the house, the characteristics and traditions of each region.
