Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
Pick-up is provided for every Belo Horizonte Hotel, from Confins International Airport or any place within Belo Horizonte.
When making reservations, specify the time of your flight, your flight number,passenger names, and number of passports.
- There is an additional fee if you want to use the transportation service inside Ouro Preto (booking in advance).
- The car holds up to three passengers.
- The van holds up to twelve passengers.
- There is an additional 20% fee if you want come direct from Confins Airport.
