The transfer service can be arranged from one of the two airports in Belo Horizonte to your destination in the central, south area of Belo Horizonte or from your accommodation within the central, south region (or a meeting point) to the airport. We offer you safe transportation in private cars, vans or buses. All vehicles are new with a TV, a DVD player, air conditioning and a CD player.

Itinerary

- From your Belo Horizonte accommodation to the Confins International Airport or the Pampulha Airport or from the airport to your accommodation.

- The Confins international Airport (CNF), also known as Tancredo Neves Airport, is located in Confins city, about 35 km from Belo Horizonte. This is a bigger airport, and it is often used for international and domestic flights.

- The Pampulha Airport is located in the Pampulha area, and it is about 15 km to the city centre. The Pampulha Airport is smaller than the CNF and is mainly used for domestic flights.

Cancellation policy

- Cancellations made up to 24 hours before your arrival are 100% refunded.
- Cancellations made from 24 to 12 hours before your arrival time are 50% refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before arrival will be charged the regular rate.
- In cases of no show, the total value will be charged.

Participant Guidelines

-Make sure your flight information is complete and correct. There are two airports in Belo Horizonte.

- The driver will wait for you with a sign, and with your name in front of the arrival gate at the airport.

- In case of delays, be aware that the driver will wait 30 minutes after the original time of your flight landing. After 30 minutes, there will be an extra charge for the car rent (30, 00 BRL per hour).

- In case of flight changes, you must inform us your flight change at least 2 hours before your original arrival time. Not all the flight changes that are notified to Belo-horizonte.travel are granted, although we are going to do everything possible to better attend you.
