Tatiana has a degree in Tourism and has been involved in internships since she joined her College, with the purpose of knowing the subject better. She used to work during her college vacations, and therefore had the chance to work in a Tourism State Office, hotel business and tourism agency.

After her graduation, she started as a booking attendant for Royal Branch. She went to Royal Golden to work as Booking Coordinator and since April she has held a place as Reception Coordinator. She is responsible for the Hotel's heart, she says, since the Receptions is where the guest's needs are concentrated.

She can inform you about places to visit, according to your interests, and can also provide you with a file containing information about good bars and popular restaurants.

Tatiana is an intelligent and polite person who will do everything to assist you. She believes it is important to have certain characteristics when working in the Hotel Business, such as being communicative, polite, responsible, receptive and also knowing how to work with guests.
