He cares about all clients desires, and tries always to solve problems fast and efficiently.  He always anticipates the client's needs, with much useful information about sites, restaurants, tourist points, drugstores, banks and so on. All that competence at work, Mr. Paulo acquired in almost a decade of experiences working in hotels. He is proud to say he begun as a bell man, and passed through all job positions up to the reception coordination.
