Carlos is a young multilingual receptionist that has been working in Liberty Palace for seven years. He speaks fluent Portuguese, English and Spanish and also knows Italian and French. He is the right person to get information about Belo Horizonte, including events and entertainment.

He has been working in the hotel business since he was 20 years old. He began in a different hotel and started to specialize by taking training courses and learning foreign languages. He loves foreign languages and he holds a degree as a Portuguese teacher. He has taught in preparatory courses and currently gives private lessons.
