Founded in the 60's, the hotel has always been managed by the same family. It is a family-run business with more than 40 years of tradition. It is a small and very simple hotel, with only standard apartments. All rooms are decorated in the fashion of the 60's, with charming furniture in Chippendale style and antique black telephones.
The hotel is located in the geographic centre of Belo Horizonte. The Praça Raul Soares is one of the most important squares in Belo Horizonte. This area was the first region to develop one of the first home trade centres downtown, strongly influenced by the Mercado Central.
