The Hotel Nacional Inn is part of a hotel branch that was created 30 years ago in Poços de Caldas, a tourist city in Minas Gerais. The group is very concerned about offering professional service. Every month, the staff across the group's entire network of hotels is equipped through training programmes.

Late check out after 6 pm: 100% of the daily rate will be charged plus taxes.

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the check in time will be 100% refunded.
Not turning up will reslut in one day's full rate will be charged plus taxes.
Early Check in and Late Check out will both depend on the hotel's availability.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
