Jõao Paulo was born in a German colony in Southern Brazil. In 1983, this young man came to Belo Horizonte to work in the tourism industry. Here, João Paulo worked in eight different hotels, from the budget level to luxurious accommodations, in all operational and managerial areas. Now, he has been working as the Commercial Manager at Frimas Hotel for the past six years.
After speaking with him, you will quickly realise his friendliness and politeness. Jõao Paulo cares about his guests; he likes to have conversations and is ready for any questions or doubts that they may have during their staying in Belo Horizonte.
During his years, he had received many invitations to work in big hotels here in Belo Horizonte, but he confirms he prefers working in small hotels because the relations are more informal and you have the opportunity of dealing with people in a friendlier manner.
