When you stay at the Forum Apart Hotel, you will notice all the conveniences of its 38 spacious serviced apartments. There are only four apartments on each floor, allowing for quiet and privacy.
Managed by the Vetor Sul Hotels Branch, the hotel prides itself on its organisational skills and efficiency; it constantly tries to attend to you quickly, and to grant your requests to the best of its ability.

Every Thursday, you get a special invitation to enjoy one drink and one appetizer on the house. The business centre is located in a peaceful area; you can buy handicrafts from the Minas Gerais State here.
The restaurant has a cosy area and it is open up to 10:30 pm; room service is also available.
There are two agreeable conference rooms with balconies where you can spend your coffee breaks. Each conference room can accommodate up to 45 people, and it is ideal for business meetings, workshops, and lectures.

- Late check-out up to 2:00 pm is not charged; it is subject to availability.
- From 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, 50% of the daily rate plus taxes will be charged.
- After 6:00 pm, one day's rate plus taxes will be charged.
Children policy:
- One child, up to five years of age, sharing the room with parents, can stay free of charge.
