Renata is a young and friendly professional that has been working at Bristol as a Marketing and Events Manager since October 2007. She graduated with a degree in tourism and was a Project Manager at her university, Newton Paiva. When she started studying tourism her idea was opening her own guesthouse in the mountains, but she happened to discover an amplitude of opportunities and ended up enjoying the hotel business. She says working in a hotel breaks your routine, so that you have to be able to deal with different situations every day. What she likes most is the contact with other people.
One of her hobbies is mountain biking in locations around Belo Horizonte such as Serra da Moeda, Nova Lima and if there is one place that she considers "a must see", it would be Tabuleiro waterfall.
If she could give all travelers a piece of advice it would be that they plan to come with plenty of time to get to know Belo Horizonte better. She feels that many people come with limited time and do not explore everything the city has to offer. Sometimes they only have the chance to know Pampulha and she says Belo Horizonte is much more than that!
She considers herself a calm person that is always going to be eager to help you and solve your problems during your stay at Bristol Pampulha Lieu.
