Different from all the other Bristol Hotels in Belo Horizonte, the Bristol Merit Hotel has suites instead of serviced apartments. Inaugurated in October 2008, the Bristol Merit is located in the city centre, just two blocks away from the Afonso Pena Avenue and the São José Church.

The tasteful decoration is in every detail at the Bristol Merit Hotel. There are two wide rooms with capacity of up to 300 people and 120 people each.
The reception has a wall with metal art craft. The restaurant is very cosy and pleasant and is open to the public up to 11 pm. It offers buffet and a-la-carte options, including sophisticated dishes such as salmon and filet mignon. There is a partnership with a nearby gym. Parking area is available for a fee.
